Jaclyn is a welcoming and compassionate practitioner who takes an integrative approach to therapy, adapting to best suit the needs of each individual. Where appropriate, she combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with elements from other approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
