Welcome to our Borders based psychology and counselling centre. We offer a range of therapy and well-being services including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, psychotherapy, relationship / couples counselling and coaching. We are located in Galashiels within easy reach of surrounding areas including: Bowden, Coldstream, Denholm, Duns, Earlston, Eyemouth, Hawick, Jedburgh, Kelso, Langholm, Lauder, Lilliesleaf, Melrose, Newcastleton, Peebles, Selkirk and St Boswells.

Our team of highly qualified and experienced practitioners come from a range of counselling, CBT and psychology backgrounds and can help with a large variety of issues and problems.

Whatever the issue, we will always tailor our approach to focus on understanding and meeting individual needs and goals in a friendly, professional way.

We know finding the right counsellor, psychologist, cognitive behaviour therapist or coach and approach can be a confusing and stressful process and we are very happy to answer any questions or queries you have, or indeed set up an initial meeting to talk through what might be best.
